Platform trading terms.

These terms govern access to and use of veikicks.com. By creating an account or submitting an offer, request or price offer, you agree to these terms.
1. B2B platform role
veikicks.com provides tools for transmitting wholesale product, pricing, order and shipment information between business users. We are not a payment processor, bank, escrow provider or consumer marketplace. A platform order is a record that the seller accepted a buyer request; settlement takes place separately.
2. Account information and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. Seller and buyer contact information is withheld from the opposite party and may be accessed by authorised platform administrators for order coordination. We may suspend accounts involved in misleading listings, false requests, abuse or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must have authority to offer the listed goods and must submit accurate SKU, condition, size, quantity, price and lead-time information. Unless clearly agreed otherwise through the platform workflow, listed goods must be new, authentic and free from defects, and domestic freight to the designated Shenzhen warehouse is prepaid by the seller.
4. Buyer requests and price offers
Submitting a purchase request or price offer does not reserve inventory and does not itself create a confirmed transaction. A transaction is confirmed only when the seller accepts the request. Price offers must use the structured fields provided; the platform does not support free-text negotiation.
5. Availability and order confirmation
Inventory may remain available to other buyers while a request is pending. If stock is no longer available when a seller attempts to accept, the request may fail or be declined. Following acceptance, the applicable quantities are deducted and an order record is created.
6. Pricing and exchange rates
Buyer-facing euro prices are calculated using the platform formula and current settings. Exchange rates and cost assumptions may change. The price snapshot recorded when a request is submitted applies to the resulting order unless the parties and platform administrator expressly agree otherwise.
7. Payment, taxes and logistics
No payment is collected on veikicks.com. Payment method, timing and settlement instructions are coordinated separately after confirmation. Seller-entered domestic tracking is visible only to the seller and administrators. Administrator-entered international tracking is visible to the buyer. Carrier delays and third-party logistics performance are outside the platform’s direct control.
8. Cancellations and disputes
Users must promptly notify the platform administrator of an error, shortage or fulfilment issue. Cancellation after seller acceptance is not automatic and may require agreement between the parties. We may preserve relevant platform records and assist communication, but do not guarantee resolution or reimbursement.
9. Prohibited conduct
Users may not publish counterfeit or unlawfully sourced goods, submit false or malicious requests, manipulate inventory, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, upload malicious material, or use the platform to violate applicable law.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, interrupt or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, veikicks.com is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party conduct, carrier delays, payment disputes or inaccurate information supplied by users or external data providers.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
